Freedom of movement is the theme of this quilt.
The possibilities of a chenille-like technique allowed me to express this. The soft lines are moving like flying birds, which seem to dance in the sky.
The quilt travels with the European Art Quils II through Europa: At first in Breda-NL, then in August/September 2002 to Herning, Denemarken, and to Helmbrechts, Germany from November 2002 - 31 March 2003.
